Hands-On Tracks

Session #1: Marketing Automation in Salesforce
Description: Hands-on building in the Marketing Cloud platform where functional and developer focused students can create journeys, automations, landing pages E2E

Hands-On Session Breakdown:
– Sign up on Trailhead for future learning
– Build a basic Cloud Page form page to gather email addresses of Hult Students
– Create an email from scratch welcoming the Hult Students – Onboarding example
– Create a Marketing Automation Journey to send to email sign ups from the form – Cloud Page entry event
Approach: Students attending will be able to volunteer and build out the solution right in the Marketing Cloud platform. Up to three students may volunteer

Session #2: AI Agent Building with Agentforce
Description: Hands-On building of AI agents leveraging the power of Agentforce built right in the platform

– Enable Agentforce Agents
– Create the Agent and it’s actions
– Test the Agent and add the Agent to the Service Website
Approach: All students will be able to go through a Hands-on Agentforce exercise building and testing their first AI Agent as part of the AgentBlazer Champion Challenge

Session #3: Custom Coding in Salesforce
Description: Hands-On coding session for those future developers to explore low code to full code options in Salesforce (Dev focused, but functional invited)

Approach: All students will be able to go through a Hands-on custom coding exercise to get experience coding in Salesforce
